This program was designed to help those seeking a greater connection to their Source, heal at a deeper level and bring forth their own True Nature. As the healing unfolds, your intention will continue to evolve to reflect the growth and healing. Throughout the program, you will learn how to use the power of intention, and the Universal Laws that govern the creating-manifesting process. By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have created a stronger relationship to your body and integrated a number of useful tools to help you continue your growth.

In a twelve-week period, you will have six 55-minute phone sessions with Sheilagh. Each session will be focused on a layer of the issue. Mantras, intentions, and energetic exercises will be given to keep the energy moving in between sessions.
