People come to Co-Creative Health seeking relief from something- pain, a disease, or even a job or relationship issue. Sheilagh assists people in understanding what is causing their complaint and helps them engage in their own healing process. Because our bodies are storehouses of wisdom as well as limiting patterns, the focus at CCH is to listen deeply to you and your body to find what is needed to heal the old patterns and restore balance.

To find the patterns at the root of the issue, Sheilagh asses your body systems using Oriental medical diagnostic methods as well as intuitive scanning of the bio-energetic field around your body. This allows a thorough diagnosis and detection of where the imbalances are living. These methods give a clear picture of what patterns are at work causing the complaint now, as well as ones that could pose a problem down the road.

Once the patterns are identified, Sheilagh helps you to understand them and how they are manifesting in your life. With your permission she helps to release the patterns as well as the emotional energy held within them from your body and mind. Flower essences, energy work, and acupuncture are utilized to help assist the release and re-balance the body so that the changes integrate at all levels. Support for the healing and integration period may include herbs, nutrition, flower essences, mantras, and/or intentions to keep the process moving in a positive direction.
